NEW CONTACT INFORMATION

Dr. Lowe has been named the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and the Head of Orthopedic Surgery at both Memorial Hermann - Texas Medical Center and LBJ General Hospital. He is no longer a Baylor College of Medicine physician.

Our clinic office locations will NOT change. Dr. Lowe will continue to have clinic on Mondays in the Sugar Land location as well as the Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine Institute on Tuesdays. Our current main medical center office number and fax will be forwarded for 90 days.
